We’re looking for a Senior Creative to lead our Campari account (consisting of Wray & Nephew and Magnum). This role provides an opportunity to work closely with strategists and culture managers to execute and develop innovative, music-led ideas for these culturally iconic brands.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A self starter with a passion for music who has a wealth of experience leading big brand campaigns on digital/social media. Bonus points if you’re clued up on Jamaican culture too.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Working as an integral member of the Campari project team, managing and overseeing the entire creative output on the account from (from initial concepts through to implementation) and helping grow the account by pitching new and fresh digitally-led ideas.
Coming up with innovative, digital-first and culturally attuned ideas in response briefs. Refining existing ideas, pushing them forward and thinking of new ways to activate them.
Confidently presenting ideas to the wider team and client with intelligent rationale.
The ability to develop compelling treatments and narratives, and to direct shoots with both a cultural and brand led approach.
Working with strategists, designers and editors to bring creative ideas to life.
Sweating the small stuff and the details to ensure every idea is executed in line with the overall vision and to a high standard.
Providing expertise in conceptual digital thinking and how to make things ‘social first’, underpinned by a strong understanding on how to optimise this content.
Providing knowledge and experience in leading big brand campaigns on social and all the elements needed to bring this to life.
An interest in tech/the future and the desire to make world class work.
Being the guardian of the creative on the Campari team - how it comes to life in always on and campaigns.
Overseeing the design team on the production of always on ideas.
Reliable, energetic & as excited about the campaign and ideas as we are.
6+ years experience at a creative/social/marketing agency focusing on a socially-led portfolio of work filled with fresh thinking and bold ideas.
Experience leading big brand campaigns on digital/social media.
An enthusiastic music-head with an in-depth understanding of contemporary culture.
Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and ever-changing priorities
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
Understanding of or passion for Jamaican culture.
