We’re looking for a Freelance Creative to join our ever-growing team. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with strategists, culture managers and our creative director to help execute and develop innovative, music-led ideas for high profile brands.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A self starter with a passion for music who has experience in brand campaigns on digital/social media.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
A typical working week will involve you developing potential ideas for the likes of Ballantines and Boiler Room, Converse and New Business pitches. Here’s a bit more detail on your responsibilities…
Coming up with innovative, digital-first and culturally attuned ideas in response to briefs
Refining existing ideas, pushing them forward and thinking of new ways to activate them
Working with the Creative Director to create compelling and effective content
Confidently presenting ideas to the wider team and client with intelligent rationale
Developing compelling treatments and narratives, directing shoots with both a cultural and brand led approach
Working with strategists, designers and editors to bring creative ideas to life
Providing expertise in conceptual digital thinking and how to make things ‘social first'
An interest in tech/the future and the desire to make world class work
Reliable, energetic & as excited about ideas as we are
4+ years experience at a creative/social/marketing agency focusing on a socially-led portfolio of work filled with fresh thinking and bold ideas
An enthusiastic music-head with an in-depth understanding of contemporary culture
Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and ever-changing priorities
