Salary: £65-75k DOE

ABOUT WARM STREET
Warm Street has been built by a team of music heads who have a love for music and the cultures surrounding it. It’s a mad thing when you get to do what you love everyday, make a difference and support the scenes you care about. We originally formed from businesses built within youth and music culture. Our past experience helped us become consultants, building brand identity and cultural sincerity. We’re best known for our work with the likes of Red Bull Music Academy, Wray & Nephew, Magnum, Ballantine’s, Netflix and adidas. We are a social-first agency driving business growth through music & culture.
The HoCC will be responsible for building and driving forward the agency’s growth & reputation. They will be responsible for seeking out brave brands that want to engage in music culture, drive new business meetings and use a black book of contacts to start conversations. Using their understanding of brands, and music culture, they will create and lead a marketing approach to inspire brands to work in music, and win new work. The HoCC will manage all outbound & inbound requests and the pipeline to convert to new work. They will be able to lead RFPs and help guide responses to RFPs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A proactive self starter who is at home meeting new people out & about. They will be enthusiastic, passionate about music & culture, have an incredible black book of contacts, and have a great understanding of building, maintaining and converting across a new business pipeline. The CCL should be energetic, enthusiastic and ready to take a scaling business to new heights through their work. They will have a strong understanding of the tools agencies can use to drive growth: from thought leadership programmes to always on marketing or SEO, they will be able to advise on the optimum marketing mix to drive growth, and deliver against it.
Lead and drive all new business efforts - including being the first point of contact for inbound RFP’s
Set up meetings & network with future clients to drive new business leads
Build strategic growth plans (and consider new & innovate ways) to drive our agency marketing and win new work.
Build out new business drives, and work with Editorial Director on development of content, themes and a narrative that supports our work
Manage the marketing team to deliver against the marketing plan and timelines - ensuring a clear project management timeline is created and worked against
Build & maintain our database of contacts, and lead all outreach to potential brands
Manage all suppliers to deliver new leads to the business
Build a robust CRM system & new business pipeline
Work with Founding Partner & Editorial Director on aligning themes & content on a monthly basis to drive engagement and performance of marketing work
Steward clients through their experience at Warm Street - from initial meetings and through the pitch/brief response process and beyond - maintaining contact and relationships across our client roster.
Brief in and manage creative & strategic content to open up conversations with brands
Manage and organize new business meetings and sales process
Consult into teams on music & music culture - ensuring the vision sold in is articulated throughout their experience.
4+ years experience in fast-paced agency environments, leading new business and b2b marketing initiatives with success
Excellent relationship management, leadership, and mentoring skills
Passion to help shape and grow a young purpose-driven company with big D&I ambition
Experience working in digital and social media marketing, and deep knowledge of the marketing sector
Lead generation and management experience
