ABOUT WARM STREET
Warm Street has been built by a team of music heads who have a love for music and the cultures surrounding it. It’s a mad thing when you get to do what you love everyday, make a difference and support the scenes you care about. We originally formed from businesses built within youth and music culture. Our past experience helped us become consultants, building brand identity and cultural sincerity. We’re best known for our work with the likes of Red Bull Music Academy, Wray & Nephew, Magnum, Ballantine’s and adidas. We are a social-first agency helping brands share their love for music.
THE ROLE
The Social & Account Director is responsible for keeping the culture team and social media projects on track. Account and project management through every phase of a project’s life cycle - from set up through delivery to wrap up - alongside coordination of the team, client and external stakeholders (freelancers, suppliers, talent, partners etc) to deliver all content and channel output on time and to budget.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a social first Account Director with experience of delivering social media campaigns across multiple clients for brands activating in the music space. You’ll be quick on your feet, know how to get people and projects organised, know loads about music, know loads about social media and know what consumers care about. We believe we can help our clients make a positive impact on communities and culture-at-large and we’re looking for candidates driven by the same passion.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Coordinate design and production of campaign assets, photography and moving images.
● Oversee the responsibility for content calendar: planning and publishing of all campaign content.
● Oversee real-time activity and conversation on brand’s social accounts. Ensure account teams are proactively and reactively managing to drive engagement (ie. answering DMs) - and flagging anything that requires immediate attention.

● Support Business Director on strategic and creative decision making.
● Collaborate closely with the Community Manager on planning and execution of campaigns.

● Talent and partner management: liaison on contracted deliverables.
● Proactively present new opportunities and ideas to maximise brand impact and campaign output (ie. recommend new social media tools for use or suggest talent for the brand to collaborate with).
● Be up to date on and ensure adherence to ASA and Portman Group guidelines.
● Owner of all account management operations:
○ Schedule and lead regular internal and client status meetings.
○ Set up and run project management systems (ie. Asana, Airtable etc).
