We’re looking for a Midweight to Senior Creative to join our ever-growing freelance network. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with strategists, account teams and our creative director to help execute and develop innovative, music-led projects for high profile brands.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A creative with experience in both music culture and big brand campaigns, and who wants to work within the intersection of the two. You will have a strong background in content, social and creating campaigns. Your creative thinking will be informed by culture, and how brands activate in culture, alongside being able to bring music, and culture first thinking into your creative practice. You’ll be competent and confident pitching and running pitches as a creative.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
A typical project might involve you developing ideas for the likes of Ballantine’s, Wray & Nephew, Netflix and New Business pitches. Here’s a bit more detail on your responsibilities…
Coming up with innovative and culturally attuned ideas in response to briefs
Refining existing ideas, pushing them forward and thinking of new ways to activate them
Working independently and with Creative Director to create compelling and effective music-led content for brands
Confidently presenting ideas to the Creative Director, wider team and client with intelligent rationale
Developing compelling treatments and narratives, directing shoots with both a cultural and brand led approach
Working with strategists, culture managers, designers and editors to refine and bring creative ideas to life, from pre to post production.
Being full of references from the music world - be it music videos, social media content or interesting live activations
Providing expertise in cultural partners and collaborations within the music world
Providing expertise in conceptual digital thinking and how to make things ‘social first’
An interest in tech/the future and the desire to make world class work
Reliable, energetic & as excited about music-led ideas as we are
6+ years experience at a creative/social/music marketing agency and a portfolio full of music-led work.
An enthusiastic music-head with an in-depth understanding of contemporary culture
Ability to work in a fast pace, high growth agency environment
